New this year – Incidental Billing through FACTS
Auto pay is available for incidental billing
New this year will be incidental billing through your current FACTS account. To streamline payments, you will be invoiced for things like field trips, enrollment registration fee (current students), 8th grade dues, stationery fee (beginning next June), etc. Basically, anything that we anticipate all students and families participate in throughout the school year.
To save yourself time, you can set up auto-pay for the incidental billing, check your settings on your dashboard. Please note that all invoices will be sent to the email address linked to your FACTS account.
Payments for fundraising and social events will still be billed on the old platform and you will receive a payment link in lieu of an invoice if you choose to participate in that event.
The rollout began with field trip payments as they come up in the next few months. Thank you for your patience as I figure out how to do the invoicing without crashing the FACTS platform:)

40 Hours Eucharist Devotion
Eucharistic Revival in Action at SKS
October 8-October 10
The National Eucharistic Revival was initiated by the U.S. Congress of Catholic bishops to restore understanding and remind us of Jesus’ Real Presence in the Eucharist. Forty Hours Devotion is a special opportunity to reflect on this mystery of the Blessed Sacrament. For forty hours, the time that Jesus’ body lay in the tomb, the consecrated Eucharist is displayed on the altar in a monstrance. All parishioners are encouraged to visit church to pray and spend personal time with the Lord.
SKS will observe Forty Hours beginning on Oct. 8 and closing on Oct. 10. Father Bill Gabriel, O.S.A., Head of Mission & Ministry and Theology teacher at Malvern Preparatory Academy, will preside each evening at 7:00pm. He will speak on the meaning of being a Eucharistic community. In Scriptures and in Mass, we hear that Jesus takes, blesses, breaks and gives the Eucharist to his disciples. Through dynamic storytelling and theological reflections, Father Gabriel will lead an adventure into the wonderful mystery of the Eucharist with Jesus’ actions – take, bless, break and give – as the points of departure.
