Shadow day (optional) for students transferring into grades 2-8. No shadow days for incoming kindergartners.

Complete the Online Registration Application through the FACTS system. Beginning November 2, 2026 the registration link will open after 9 am.  Initial online application fee is $25.

Families will be notified of their acceptance for the 2027 – 2028 school year after application review, approximately 2 weeks. Upon application, families must upload required documents such as your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate, and any other sacramental certificates for grades 2 through 8 directly to the FACTS Admissions portal, following the system prompts. Upon acceptance, you will be directed to submit the official enrollment information and the amount due for your enrollment fee.

Once student is accepted, enrollment registration must be completed via FACTS portal. You will be asked for:

• Enrollment fee – Kindergarten – 8th – $250 per student
  (Re-enrollment fee per family $250 for existing students)
• Teacher recommendation form for current school
• Records Request for transfers in grades 1-8
• Learning support documentation including original evaluation reports and current IEP

New student screening tests will be given to all incoming students, grades K-8. Incoming kindergarten screenings are held January 26-27, 2026 and scheduling information will be sent to you after enrollment is completed. Grade 1-8 new student screenings are scheduled as needed after enrollment. All enrollment is conditional upon successfully completing the screening process.
